I use a google talk --> friendfeed stream that has a badge on my blogger blog for link storage, bookmarking songs on pandora, and sharing stuff that is unexpectedly from me - stuff that has nothing to do with my interests, which is what people on twitter would want to see from me. Therefore twitter --> facebook which gets updates about me, links that have to do with my interest, retweets from people I follow etc. And facebook gets the same, but sometimes I post directly to facebook for personal photos, videos and other stuff that I only want friends to see.
And then every once in a while I update my status on linkedin if I do something careerworthy or write a post on a real news site.
